No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". 

Either way..
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

  • Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 3-4 business days!
  • Shipped
  • Yay! Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Order cancelation or change

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Order delayed

Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). Differences between ‘in stock’ and ‘shipping later’

  • It's in our facilities and ready for you! ‘In stock’ items typically ship within 1 business day from the purchase date.
  • Shipping later
  • We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it, and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

returns & refunds

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer free returns for all customers in the UK. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of £20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and £30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

We may deny a return, in our sole discretion, should returned products not meet the return guidelines.

Returning your purchase

Email us at help@pinnole.com and we will provide you with instructions to return your item/s.

Returning a gift

We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 14-days. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at help@pinnole.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
  2. The address where the jewellery will be shipped from
  3. The email address associated with your PINNOLE account, so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the cute kiddo icon on the top right corner of our site.

payments

Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your order using various payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment.

1. Credit and Debit Card

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
If you have an account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order.

2. Apple Pay & Google Pay

Just follow the instructions on your mobile phone to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

3. Paypal

Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the PINNOLE site.

4. Klarna

We offer the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments or to pay the full amount within 30 days of purchase for orders between £35 - £1000.

For instalment payments, your 1st payment is taken out the moment your order is placed. If your automatic payment fails and you do not provide updated card details, Klarna may charge you a late fee per instalment. Klarna will send you email reminders before an instalment is removed from your account. You’ll also be notified via email if your payment was unsuccessful.

Refunds

Please note we cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item, it will take up to 10-15 business days for us to process and send you a return confirmation email.

1. Credit and Debit Card

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.

2. Apple Pay & Google Pay

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!

4. Klarna

For refunds processed for Klarna purchase, it can take about 14 business days for the funds to appear on your end. Klarna will update the total balance and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Duties & Taxes

If applicable, customers are responsible for any custom taxes to be paid.
PINNOLE does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Are gift cards available?

Of course! You can buy digital gift cards here.
Select your preferred value and the gift card will be emailed directly to the recipient of your choice.
Gift cards are not refundable.

How to redeem a gift card

Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal.

What if my order is a gift?

Make sure to select our "Gift box" option on the cart. This will include a PINNOLE purple box with drawers, purple pouch, blister/s or a foam insert depending on the product bought.
If gifts are for more than one person please make sure to specify which pieces you want to give to whom, for us to sort them out the way you wish.
Lastly, tell us if you have a special message and we will include a handwritten gift note!

We are not able to offer custom designs and engraving at this time.
However, we would suggest you join our Playground newsletter to be the first to know when these options are made available.
